Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic kidney disease (CKD) and hypertension (HTN) comparing Baxdrostat/dapagliflozin with Placebo/dapagliflozin (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Composite endpoint of >= 50% sustained decline in eGFR, kidney failure, Heart Failure events (HF), or CV death up to 37 months. Started Mar 2025; status: recruiting.
