Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of cleminorexton in narcolepsy type 1 (NT1), narcolepsy type 2 (NT2) and idiopathic hypersomnia (IH) (3 cohorts), sponsored by Centessa Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants With Treatment Emergent Adverse Events and Serious TEAEs at Day 35, Number of Participants With Abnormal Changes From Baseline in Laboratory Tests at Day 35 and 3 more.
