Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of melatonin in Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) (2 arms), sponsored by St Vincent's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Serum p-Tau 217 at 12 weeks, Serum Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein at 12 weeks and 2 more. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
