Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of anti-CD1a CAR-T cells in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), systemic sclerosis (SSc), idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIM) and 4 more, sponsored by Zhejiang University. Primary endpoints: Dose Limiting Toxicity and Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
