Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of semaglutide in metabolic dysfunction associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) and obesity (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Liver Steatosis at 12 months and Liver Stiffness at 12 months. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
