Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of Aleeto in multiple system atrophy (MSA) (2 arms), sponsored by Beijing Tiantan Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events at Day 90 and Incidence of changes in clinical laboratory test parameters, vital signs, neurological examination abnormalities and ECG abnormalities at Day 90. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
