Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of manfidokimab in atopic dermatitis (AD) (2 arms), sponsored by Akeso, Inc. Primary endpoints: Percentage of subjects who achieved Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI)-75 at 18 weeks and Percentage of subjects with Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) score decrease of >= 2 points at 18 weeks. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
