Randomised, double-blind trial of chiglitazar in Liver cirrhosis (LC) and metabolic dysfunction associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) (2 arms), sponsored by Beijing Friendship Hospital. Primary endpoint: Fibrosis regression rate at 72 weeks. Planned start Feb 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
