Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial of arotinolol in nocturnal hypertension (NH) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) (2 arms), sponsored by Shanghai Institute of Hypertension. Primary endpoint: Change in renal function from baseline as assessed by EPI-estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) at 2 years. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
