Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of CD19 CAR-T cells + BCMA CAR-T cells in lupus nephritis (LN). Primary endpoints: Dose-limiting toxicity at 28 years and Incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events at 2 years. Started Jan 2025; status: recruiting.
