Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of psilocybin in opioid use disorder (OUD) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percent of patients in each arm having urine drug screens positive for opioids at 8 weeks and MAT adherence as recorded by self report and corroborated POC UDS tests at 8 weeks. Started Oct 2025; status: recruiting.
