Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of CD7 CAR-T cells injection in Hereditary bone marrow failure syndromes (HBMFS), primary immunodeficiency (PI) and hemoglobinopathy, sponsored by Zhejiang University. Primary endpoints: Incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events at 2 years and Transplant related mortality rate at 100 days. Started Jan 2025; status: recruiting.
