Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of KN5601 in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), nephrotic syndrome and IgA nephropathy (IgAN), sponsored by Children's Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: The safety of CAR-NK cell therapy in patients with B cell mediated autoimmune disease at 1 month and The efficiency of CAR-NK cell therapy in patients with B cell mediated autoimmune disease at 3 months.
