Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of disulfiram in alcohol use disorder (AUD) (2 arms), sponsored by Columbia University. Primary endpoints: Anterior Insula-Bed Nucleus of the Stria Terminalis Resting state functional connectivity correlation (R) value at 3 months, Anterior Insula-Bed Nucleus of the Stria Terminalis task activation t statistic at 3 months and 1 more.
