Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of psilocybin in major depressive disorder (MDD) and anxiety disorder, sponsored by University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Safety and Adverse Events at 1 year and Feasibility of Psilocybin-assisted Psychotherapy at 6 months. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
