Overview
Phase 3, randomised, single-blind trial in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and influenza comparing Nitazoxanide Arm with Placebo Arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Nitazoxanide in the Outpatient Treatment of COVID-19 up to 60 days and Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Nitazoxanide in the Outpatient Treatment of Influenza up to 60 days. Planned start Feb 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
