Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of 2'-deoxycytidine and doxribtimine in Telomere Biology Disorder (TBD). Primary endpoints: Incidence of treatment-related diarrhea at 8 weeks and Incidence of treatment-related adverse events at 8 weeks. Started Sep 2025; status: recruiting.
