Phase 2, open-label trial of topotecan in Proliferative Vitreoretinopathy (PVR) (2 arms), sponsored by Unity Health Toronto. Primary endpoint: Rate of recurrent rhegmatogenous retinal detachment secondary to proliferative vitreoretinopathy at 6 months. Planned start Mar 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
