Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Crohn's disease comparing Afimkibart with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Clinical Remission per Crohn's Disease Activity Index (CDAI) at 12 weeks and Endoscopic Response at 12 weeks. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
