Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of anti-CD19 CAR-T cells in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), systemic sclerosis (SSc), inflammatory myopathy (IIM) and 2 more, sponsored by Peking University Third Hospital. Primary endpoints: Safety of UWD-CD19 cell injection and Maximum tolerated dose at 28 days. Planned start Nov 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
