Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles in acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) (2 arms), sponsored by The Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Primary endpoints: MSC-EV infusion-related toxicity at 24 hours, Aspartate aminotransferase at 6 months and 5 more. Planned start Apr 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
