Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of 18F-CP6A in Parkinson's disease (PD), dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) and multiple system atrophy (MSA). Primary endpoint: Visual and standardized uptake values assessment of biodistribution at 4 weeks. Planned start Feb 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
