Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of megestrol in cancer-related fatigue (CRF) and anorexia nervosa (AN) (2 arms), sponsored by Changchun GeneScience Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Primary endpoints: Difference in improvement of fatigue as measured with the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale-Chinese Version (RPFS-CV) at 6 weeks and Difference in improvement of appetite based on A/CS-12 assessment at 6 weeks.
