Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of azeliragon in glioblastoma (GBM) (2 arms), sponsored by Washington University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Percentage of immune-suppressive myeloid cells in the tumor tissue at day 60 and Percentage of immune-suppressive T cells in the tumor tissue at day 60.
