Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of prednisone in giant cell arteritis (GCA) (2 arms), sponsored by Insel Gruppe. Primary endpoints: Absence of a major relapse at 52 weeks and Cumulative glucocorticoid exposure at 52 weeks. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
