Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of anti-CD19 CAR-T cells in steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS), sponsored by Children's Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Safety of CAR-T cell therapy at 3 months and Efficiency of CAR-T cell therapy at 3 months. Planned start May 2025; status: withdrawn.
