Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of SCT-001 CAR-T cells in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (EOC), fallopian tube cancer (PFTC) and primary peritoneal cancer (PPC) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Shanghai Gynecologic Oncology Group. Primary endpoints: Incidence of dose limiting toxicities at 28 days and Incidence of adverse events at 24 months. Planned start Jun 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
