Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) comparing AVR-48 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of participants who experience Adverse Events (AEs), Serious Adverse Events up to 16 days, Number of participants who experience ECG abnormalities up to 16 days and 3 more. Planned start Jun 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
