Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of zanubrutinib, tacabrutideg and sonrotoclax in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) (2 arms), sponsored by Massachusetts General Hospital. Primary endpoints: Rate of Undetectable Measurable Residual Disease (uMRD) at Best Response at 2 years and Proportion of Participants with Tumor Lysis Syndrome (TLS) Laboratory Abnormalities Requiring Intervention.
