Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of varicella virus vaccine live in chickenpox (2 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: Percentage of participants with seroresponse to Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV) anti-glycoprotein E (gE) Immunoglobulin (IgG) at Day 43, Geometric Mean Concentration (GMC) of anti-VZV gE IgG at Day 43 and 4 more.
