Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of mavacamten in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) (2 arms), sponsored by Shanghai Chest Hospital. Primary endpoint: Change in Valsalva Left Ventricular Outflow Tract peak gradient at 30 weeks. Planned start Feb 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
