Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of autologous bone-marrow mesenchymal stem cells in Parkinson's disease (PD) and Atypical Parkinsonian disorders (APD) (4 arms), sponsored by Apeiron Biologics. Primary endpoints: Movement Disorder Society Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale Part III at 18 months, 10-meter Walk Test at 18 months and 13 more. Planned start Apr 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
