Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of zanubrutinib and sonrotoclax in B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, sponsored by City of Hope. Primary endpoints: Feasibility of completing zanubrutinib lead-in and sonrotoclax ramp up at 3 months and Feasibility of patient retention through 2 cycles of the combination therapy at a steady dose at 2 months.
