Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of inotuzumab ozogamicin, venetoclax and dexamethasone in B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), sponsored by Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Primary endpoint: Number of Participants with Treatment-Related Adverse Events as Assessed by CTCAE v5.0 at 4 years. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
