Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of LCAR-AIO in multiple sclerosis (MS), neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) and 1 more. Primary endpoints: Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 104 weeks, Dose-Limiting Toxicity at 30 days and 3 more. Planned start Jun 2025; status: withdrawn.
