Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in open-angle glaucoma (OAG) comparing Simbrinza + Rocklatan with Cosopt + Latanoprost (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Decrease in mean diurnal IOP at 8 weeks. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
