Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of methylene blue in chronic hepatitis B virus infection (CHB), sponsored by Fondazione Epatocentro Ticino. Primary endpoint: Reduction >1 log10 in the starting HBsAg level and > 2 log10 in the starting HBV DNA PCR level at 6 months. Started Sep 2025; status: recruiting.
