Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of montelukast in colorectal cancer (CRC), sarcoma, brain tumor and 2 more (7 arms), sponsored by University of South Florida. Primary endpoints: Quantity of lipid mediators in a tumor specimen at Day 14 and Quantity of lipid mediators in a non-cancerous tissue at Day 14. Planned start Mar 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
