Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of JY231 in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Sjogren's syndrome, systemic sclerosis (SSc) and 2 more. Primary endpoints: Incidence of adverse events (AE) after infusion at Month 24 and Maximal Tolerated Dose up to 28 days. Planned start Mar 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
