Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of fimasartan, amlodipine, atorvastatin and ezetimibe in essential hypertension and hypercholesterolemia (2 arms), sponsored by Boryung. Primary endpoints: Area under the plasma drug concentration-time curve from time 0 to time t and Maximum concentration of drug in plasma. Started May 2025; status: completed.
