Overview
Phase 1, randomised trial in irreversible pulpitis and apical periodontitis (AP) comparing Dexamethasone Group with Placebo Group (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Post-operative pain following root canal treatment at 72 hours. Planned start Mar 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
