Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in postoperative delirium (POD) and Postoperative sleep disturbance (PSD) comparing Esketamine Group with Placebo Group (2 arms). Primary endpoints: The incidence of postoperative delirium at 7 days and The incidence of postoperative sleep disturbance at 3 days. Planned start Apr 2025; status: withdrawn.
