Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in preterm premature rupture of membranes (pPROM) comparing Erythromycin, Azithromycin and Erythromycin + Amoxicillin (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Number of participants who progress by at least one level higher on the PLATIPUS Ordinal Outcome Scale. Planned start Sep 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
