Overview
Phase 3, open-label, single-arm trial of bexicaserin in developmental and epileptic encephalopathy (DEE), sponsored by Longboard Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Number of participants reporting Treatment emergent adverse events (TEAEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) and AEs leading to discontinuation up to 61 Weeks, Number of Participants With Clinically Significant Changes in Chemistry parameters up to 61 Weeks and 8 more.
