Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial of pravastatin, pentoxifylline, ketoprofen and pirfenidone in fibrosis and lymphedema (5 arms), sponsored by University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Rate of CTC-AE v5.0 rating of Grade 2 or greater on Fibrosis at 12 months, Rate of objective lymphedema/fibrosis rated as moderate/severe by HN-ELAF at 12 months and 3 more. Started Aug 2025; status: recruiting.
