Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of azithromycin, ampicillin and amoxicillin in preterm premature rupture of membranes (pPROM) (2 arms), sponsored by UTHealth Houston. Primary endpoint: Number of participants that delivered their babies after membrane rupture at day 7. Planned start May 2025; status: withdrawn.
