Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of cemiplimab and fianlimab in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), sponsored by Mayo Clinic. Primary endpoints: Major Pathologic Response Rate (Group A: PD-L1 1-49%) up to 2 years and Major Pathologic Response Rate (Group B: PD-L1 ≥ 50%) up to 2 years. Started May 2025; status: recruiting.
