Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of MSC-exos-P1 in interstitial lung disease (ILD) and dermatomyositis (DM). Primary endpoints: Three-Month Mortality Rate at 3 months and Safety and Tolerability (Adverse Events) at 30 days. Started Apr 2025; status: recruiting.
