Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of Sabin strain inactivated poliovirus vaccine in poliomyelitis (4 arms), sponsored by Institute of Medical Biology. Primary endpoints: Seroconversion rate of type I anti-poliovirus neutralizing antibody, Seroconversion rate of type II anti-poliovirus neutralizing antibody and 5 more. Planned start May 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
