Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of rituximab + teniposide + cyclophosphamide + idarubicin + lomustine + prednisone in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Plasma concentrations of glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) at 3 hours, Plasma concentrations of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) at 3 hours and 1 more.
